nDeavor series coaters are being used in high volume production of LCD products as well as development of a variety of other thin film dependent applications. nDeavor systems offer a robust, production ready platform to generate high yields with minimal operating and maintenance costs. These systems have been developed for processing Gen2 (370x470mm) through Gen8 (2250x2500mm) and can also be available for larger and/or customer substrate sizes, as well as spinless coating of wafers up to 450mm. The nDeavor systems are automation ready, configurable for traditional robotic automation as well as for in-line conveyor based loading/unloading and processing of substrates.
